Random Forest ML model delivers 85%+ accuracy on energy consumption predictions. Real-time monitoring across 5 simulated smart home devices at 10-second intervals via MQTT + Node-RED. Includes efficiency scoring with animated SVG gauges, AI-powered smart recommendations with peak/off-peak heatmaps, bidirectional device control, and cost analytics ($0.12/kWh tracking with savings projections). FastAPI backend with 15+ Swagger-documented endpoints, PostgreSQL 15, Grafana dashboards, and complete zero-touch deployment — 3 commands to a fully operational system.
