A complete commerce experience for dental professionals.

The product

Pirladent is a commercial e-commerce platform for dental professionals, clinics, and practices in Türkiye. The product challenge is practical: help a specialist buyer find the right materials, understand the catalog, access their account, and move through a coherent shopping experience.

This is full-stack commerce engineering. The storefront, WooCommerce behavior, account flows, integrations, analytics, and search visibility all have to work together. A polished landing page is only the first part of that system.

Engineering scope

My work spans the customer-facing experience and the platform underneath it:

  • WooCommerce customization: shaping product discovery, catalog presentation, promotional surfaces, and customer-facing commerce workflows around a specialist dental catalog.
  • Full-stack integration: connecting the storefront to WooCommerce’s product and account model while keeping browsing, navigation, and customer actions consistent.
  • Authentication and accounts: customer sign-in, registration entry points, password recovery, and an account area for order and profile management. Product pricing is gated behind sign-in in the public browsing experience.
  • Payments: an iyzico-branded payment integration within the commerce experience, alongside customer-facing payment information.
  • Analytics and consent: Google Analytics instrumentation with a consent interface and Google Consent Mode v2 behavior visible in the public site.
  • Technical SEO: canonical URLs, descriptive metadata, social sharing tags, and structured Organization and WebSite data with a site-search action.

The storefront experience

The homepage brings search, specialist categories, campaign content, and product discovery together. The desktop layout gives buyers several useful paths into the catalog: direct search, category navigation, brand discovery, and shopping by procedure.

The responsive experience keeps product search close to the top and reorganizes the wider composition into a mobile browsing flow. These are captures of the real public product, including its own branding and product photography.

Catalog and customer identity

A dental catalog needs more structure than a flat product grid. Pirladent organizes products by clinical category and gives buyers category-level browsing alongside search. Customer identity is part of the shopping model: the public catalog prompts buyers to sign in to see pricing.

That relationship between catalog access and authentication makes account behavior a core product concern. It needs to feel like part of the storefront rather than a separate administrative screen.

Integration boundaries

The system builds on WordPress and WooCommerce as the commerce foundation. Storefront customization sits above that product, account, and order model. Payment integration, analytics, consent preferences, and SEO each have their own responsibility.

Keeping those responsibilities explicit matters when extending a commercial platform: a visual change can affect account visibility, a campaign can affect analytics, and catalog structure can affect both navigation and search indexing.

Delivery perspective

Pirladent demonstrates a different side of my engineering practice from the industrial AI projects: working within an established commerce platform, tailoring it to a real business, and joining multiple customer-facing systems into one experience.
